Delete your journal

Deleting your journal removes every entry, photo and video, your blog and your journal name from our server.

1. Export a backup first if you might want your entries one day. How.
2. On your phone, go to Settings › Security › Delete journal. On a computer it’s at the bottom of Settings, and your phone approves it.
3. Type your journal name to confirm.

7 days to change your mind

Your blog goes offline right away, and the journal is deleted for good 7 days later. Until then, the home screen shows the date and Cancel deletion.

Only some of it

To remove a single entry, use More › Delete entry. It waits 30 days in Settings › Your data › Trash, and Empty trash deletes it at once.
